VoIP options for SMEs 'growing'

Small and medium sized business enterprises (SMEs) have a growing number of options when it comes to adopting hosted VoIP call systems, it has been suggested. One analyst notes that many SMEs are choosing VoIP in order to consolidate communications strategies and reduce operating costs, while encouraging growth and productivity.
