What can IT Innovation mean?

For one of our customers, we've developed a bespoke contact centre application to help them serve the teenage segment of their customer base. The organisation understands that teenagers don't send emails, let alone letters in the post, and they only like to make a telephone call when they have a complex problem to solve. Instead they communicate using instant messaging, social media and SMS.
