Flexible and remote working

Document solutions

Traditional document printing can waste a lot of paper and ink. With a managed print solution, documents are collected from printers using a swipe card or login, which eliminates abandoned prints. All print activity can be monitored for visibility and control. Even just letting employees know that printing is monitored can cause a significant drop in print volumes. Document solutions enable electronic capture, storage and access of documents, enabling the journey to the 'paperless office'.
