Below are some of our recent awards and accolades.

2015:

Winner: 2015 Customer Innovation Momentum Award (CIMA) with the City & Guilds Group.

Long-standing Azzurri customer the City & Guilds Group, the global leader in skills development, won a Mitel 2015 Customer Innovation Momentum Award (CIMA). This was awarded following the successful implementation of Azzurri’s ICON Communicate solution, incorporating Mitel’s UC and voice technology.

In their second year, the CIMA awards celebrate innovative deployments of Mitel solutions from across the globe – including voice, collaboration, contact centre, cloud and mobile solutions.

Finalist: Best Enterprise UC Solution, Comms National Awards 2015.

The Comms National Awards celebrate and recognise businesses in the telecoms sector making innovative and progressive changes to the industry.

Azzurri was named a finalist in the Best Enterprise UC Solution for its work with UK industry leader Barrett Steel, following the overhaul of the company’s in-house communications systems. Barrett Steel appointed Azzurri to revamp its ageing voice and data set up, bringing a fully managed, cloud-based unified communications (UC) solution to all employees across its headquarters and 28 UK regional sites.

2014

Winner: Best Enterprise Hosted Solution, Comms National Awards 2014

Azzurri Communications has gained the Best Enterprise Hosted Solution accolade at the prestigious annual Comms National Awards, which highlight the greatest achievements and innovations of the communications industry.

Beating fierce competition from a shortlist of five, Azzurri won the award for the ICON Communicate solution delivered to the City & Guilds Group, a global leader in skills development. ICON Communicate is a cloud-based suite of IP telephony, unified communications and contact centre services operated by Azzurri on its own infrastructure.

The solution enables 2,500 City & Guilds Group employees to work anywhere, whether in the office, on the move or on clients’ premises. Using services delivered to Azzurri’s rigorous performance guarantees, City & Guilds has embarked on its strategy of removing communications systems from its sites whilst offering the business a seamless and cost-effective user experience.

Previous awards

Azzurri won a number of significant industry awards in 2013, including the prestigious ‘Managed Services Provider of the Year’ at the CRN Channel Awards 2013, recognising our exceptional achievements for our customers over the past year.
